And it is glorious. Some of the front end functions aren't that great, menu navigation is a PITA. But My Lord is it gorgeous, and the physics are spot on. I've been playing mostly the career mode, but I just did some drifting, and I have to say the game is DEEP.  Online seems to work without a hitch, especially after they just did some maintenance on the servers. Apparently another patch is supposed to come out tomorrow for some other fixes and updates. They need to add the functionality to invite friends to races.

The SMR team has a huge announcement that is going to blow the socks off of a lot of people, but nothing is final yet so I can't say anything yet.  What I will say is that next season is going to be one for the books. Official announcement will be made soon, as soon as the paperwork is signed.
